Here are some silly, but cute pictures of little Zander. I got to feed him today. He didn't eat much though. He had to get most of it by feeding tube.
They've lowered his oxygen again. He won't need it at all pretty soon! Then he'll only have the feeding tube.
I also got to change his diaper today.........
You know the typical experience of a little boy peeing all over the place while having his diaper changed? Well, picture that, but green, and not pee... yes, Zander sprayed a fountain of radioactive-green-colored diarrhea! Luckily his bum wasn't pointed straight up like if he had peed, but his bedding needed to be changed afterward, and his little outfit. He had a really cute onesie on.
So, there's my first dasdy-diaper changing story. Hopefully it will be my last... not likely...
He's not bottle feeding very well. Sarah's breastfeeding attempt yesterday didn't go too well either. He's just so tiny, he tires out pretty fast. Right now, they're only attempting a bottle feeding every third feeding. The other two, he's tube fed.
SO cute! glad to hear he is coming along. that last picture made me smile. :)
